- How does the 36-month price lock and 12-month quality guarantee work? - Our 36-month price lock ensures that the price you pay for your package remains the same for two years. The 12-month quality guarantee ensures that all our products will meet your expectations, or we’ll make it right. 
 
- Why do I need to book an appointment with a food planner? - The appointment helps us understand your family's needs and customize a package that fits your preferences and budget. It also allows us to answer any questions you may have about our products and services. 
 
- Why aren't prices listed on the website? - Our packages are highly customizable, so prices vary based on your selections. Booking a free appointment allows us to provide a personalized quote that reflects your specific needs. 
 
- What payment options are available? - We offer flexible payment plans, including the option to pay upfront for a discount or finance your order over 6-12 months OAC, making it easy to fit our products into your budget. 
 
- Is delivery available throughout Ontario? - Yes, we deliver to families across Ontario, ensuring that everyone can enjoy our premium, locally sourced products right at their doorstep. We use our own trucks for most deliveries and trusted third-party providers when needed, like Erb Transport. 
 
- How are the meats packaged to ensure freshness? - All our meats are vacuum sealed, which locks in freshness and flavor. This packaging method ensures that your products will last in your freezer. 
 
- What if I don’t have a freezer or my freezer isn’t big enough? - We offer storage solutions for those who don’t have one. Our food planners can discuss these options with you during your appointment. 
 
- Does my order auto-renew? - No. Our contracts only run for the payment terms set up with your food planner. 
 
- What if I need to reschedule my appointment? - Simply contact us, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time. You can also use the booking link in your email to pick a more convenient time. We aim to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your schedule.
